Department of Sociology will be conducting a one day lecture on Tuesday, 07.05.2019 from 10 am to 11 am. The speaker is Prof. Angana Dutta, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Sociology, Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri College, Kolkata and the topic will be “The Practical Significance of Sociology”.
